1. Service status

• The Site is in a pre-launch wait-list phase. It enables you to register interest and receive updates.
• No pledges, donations or investments are being accepted yet; nothing on this Site constitutes an offer of securities or regulated investment services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract under the laws of England and Wales to use the Site.

3. Your account & wait-list

You may join the wait-list by providing a valid email address and (optionally) your name. You promise that all information you give us is accurate and kept up to date. We may refuse or cancel registration at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site. In particular you must not:

• upload or transmit any malware or harmful code;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, servers or databases;
• post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise objectionable;
• scrape, harvest or commercialise any data from the Site without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, software and compilations—is owned by 199 Longevity Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual-property laws. You may view, download or print individual pages for your personal use only. Any other use (including copying, adapting, distributing or creating derivative works) requires our prior written consent.

6. User-generated content

If, during public-alpha or later phases, you upload comments, suggestions or other material (“User Content”):

• you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and display that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Site;
• you warrant that you own or control all necessary rights in the User Content and that it is lawful and non-infringing;
• we reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove any User Content that we consider, in our sole discretion, to breach these Terms or to be otherwise objectionable.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to external sites. These are provided for information only; we have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them.

8. Disclaimers

• The Site and its content are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that it is compatible with all devices or software.
• Information on the Site is for general background only and does not constitute financial, legal or medical advice. You should obtain professional advice before acting on any information.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all liability for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising from or in connection with:

• viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 199 Longevity Ltd and its officers, employees and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use after a change signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

13. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
